130 おいしいアイスコーヒーの作り方

アップするのを忘れてました。。
今回は、タイトルをつけ忘れました。。
まあ、課題としては、つけても、つけなくてもいいそうなんだけど。。
まあ、つけるとしたら、「おいしいアイスコーヒーの作り方」です。。
ネットで調べました。
ポイントは３つだそうです。
「深煎りの豆を使う。」
「濃い目に淹れる。」
「急激に冷やす。」
まあ、これさえ分かれば、もう読まなくてもいい。。みたいな。。？

The spring is coming. It is getting warmer and warmer. I like coffee. But I do not want to drink a cup of hot coffee on a hot day. Iced coffee is better idea for a hot day. I can enjoy the flavor of coffee and cool down my body. The iced coffee is one of the most famous variations of coffee. It is a cold coffee. It is served with some rocks of ice. The making of iced coffee is a little different from that of hot coffee. It is not good just putting a cup of hot coffee in the refrigerator. But it is not difficult. There are some points that must be remembered to make a good iced coffee.
Before making, prepare the stuff. Ground coffee beans, many rocks of ice, a coffee dripper, a coffee filter, a coffee server, a glass, and hot water are what is needed. The dark roasted coffee beans are good. If there are the coffee beans for iced coffee, it is good, too. Twice the amount of coffee beans used for hot coffee are needed. Because many rocks of ice are melting in the coffee, strong coffee is needed. The rocks of ice are as much as full of the coffee server. The hot water is not boiled but just before. That temperature is around 195 degrees.
The first step of making iced coffee is to prepare the coffee beans and coffee server. Put many rocks of ice into the coffee server. Fill the server with the rocks of ice. Put the coffee beans into the coffee filter and them into the coffee dripper. Put the coffee dripper on the coffee server that is filled with the rocks of ice.
The second step is dripping the coffee. Put some hot water into the coffee dripper. When a drop of coffee drips in the coffee server, stop putting the hot water in. Wait for about 40 seconds. This time is for steaming the coffee beans for good extraction. After waiting about 40 seconds, continue putting the hot water into the coffee dripper. The drops of coffee will hit the ice in the coffee server and be cooled down immediately. It is very important that the coffee drops are cooled down immediately. If it is put in the refrigerator and cooled down slowly, the iced coffee will become cloudy white and lose the good flavor. Adjust the coffee dripper to let the coffee drops hit the ice.
After dripping the coffee, put the coffee in the glass and put some ice in the coffee. Put some syrup or some milk into the iced coffee according to the desired liking. Because it is cold coffee, sugar can not be dissolved in the coffee well. The iced coffee is done.
There are three points to making iced coffee. Use the dark roasted coffee beans. Drip the strong coffee. And cool down the coffee drops immediately. These are the important points. On a basis of these points, the iced coffee has clear dark water and good flavor. The iced coffee can be made in many different ways. For example, putting ice cream on the iced coffee makes a coffee float. Putting some lemons in is also good. The iced coffee is a drink to enjoy especially on a hot day. Using a clear glass is another important point. Drink a good iced coffee and enjoy this coming hot season.

129 Spring Break 中です。

Spring Break に入って、寮は大分静かです。

昨日、おとといは、日本語教会の子供キャンプに行ってきました。
子供達はみんな可愛かったなぁ。。

知らない子供達ばかりだったし、
この教団の事もよく知らなかったので、
今回は、アシスタントという形で参加しました。
手伝い担当で。。
牧師先生が、どんなキャンプをやるのかも、見てみたかったし。

日本人だけど、かなりアメリカナイズされた子供達で、
見ていて、楽しかった。
たくさん、しゃべるし。
みんな、名前で呼び合うし。

また、会場として借りた教会のすごいこと。。
すんごく広いし、ユースの部屋を借りたんだけど、
体育館付いてるし、集会場あるし、部屋は軽く10以上あるし、
ビリヤード台もあるし、テレビゲームまで。。
スタッフも何人もいて、常に誰かいるし。
こんなだったら、みんな教会来るわ。。
やっぱり、日本とアメリカって違うんだな～。。

まあ、楽しかったよ。
子供達といっぱいしゃべって、こっちがリフレッシュされました。

そんなこんなな、Spring Break も半分終わっちゃった。。
本当は、宿題の先取りとか、たくさんやりたかったんだけど、
未だ手付かず。。
完全に休みモードです。。

でも、そうも言ってられないので、明日はがんばるぞ！お～。

最近、日本とのギャップを感じつつある、てででした。。
知らない事が増えてきた。。

128 切ない気持ちは・・

今日、いつもどおりに、日本語教会に行った。
いつも通りの礼拝。
ちょっと早く着いたので、のんびり椅子に座って、
ピアノの練習を聴いてた。

ふと、よく青梅教会で歌った賛美歌が流れてきた。
懐かしい曲。

と、思ってたら、
頭の中で一気に、青梅教会の礼拝のイメージが出てきた。。
みんなに会いたいな。。
みんなどうしてるかな。。
ちょっと切ない気持ちになった。。

人を想う気持ち。
これが愛なのかもしれない。。
そう思った。

大切にしようと思った。
人の事を想う気持ち。

明日から、1泊2日の日本語教会の子供キャンプです。
スタッフで行ってきます。お祈り下さい。
