121 牢屋に入りました。。
と言っても、遊びですが。。
今日は、学校は、Jail Day という日でした。
何ともアメリカンな発想の日です。。
日本では、まずお目にかかれないでしょう。。こんな日は。。
今日は、１日だけ、学校の中に牢屋(Jail)が設置されます。
まあ、ハリボテの簡単な作りですが。。
んで、誰を入れるのかと言うと、誰でもいいのです。。
誰か牢屋に入れたいと思う人は、
相応のお金を払うと好きな人を牢屋に入れることができます。
牢屋に入れられた人は、写真を撮られて、
決まった時間(10分程度。。)だけ牢屋に居なければなりません。。
んで、こっからがとってもアメリカンなんですが。。
今日は、普通の授業がある日です。。
ところが、授業中だろうが、なんだろうが、牢屋に入れる事ができます。。
そしてもっとスゴイのが、
先生も牢屋に入れる事ができるのです。。
だから、嫌な授業があれば、
その授業の先生を牢屋に入れてしまえば、授業は無くなります。。
日本では絶対に許されないでしょうね。。
という訳で、今日は本当は授業が２つある予定でしたが、
２つともなくなりました。。
というか、今日は学校では、一つも授業がされなかったんではないでしょうか。。
う～ん。。アメリカン。。
てでも、牢屋に入れられました。。
牢屋の中には、冤罪で入れられて死んでしまった人が○×△！！！！
はい。。写真も撮られました。。
ところで、この集ったお金はどこに行くんでしょうね？？
多分、学校に献金されるのかな？？
ほとんどの学生、先生が牢屋に入れられました。。
てでも、赤ん坊でさえ容赦せずにぶち込みました♪
本人は、牢屋に入ってるとは、自覚してなかったようですが。。
壁一面に貼られた囚人たちの写真を見て、
う～ん。この学校は罪人の集りだな。。と思いました。
その通りです。。
我々は、罪人の集り。
でも、救われた人々。
この救いの知らせを世に運ぶために、訓練を受けている学生達です。
自分が罪人だと思う人は、どうぞ教会へ来て下さい。
きっと救いを体験できるでしょう。。

何弾目だっけ？？４弾目かな？？
英語の日記。。
今回は、日本の地理について。。
日本は、世界でも珍しい、四季のはっきりしている国だって知ってた？？
そんな国から、このアメリカ南部に来ると、なんと四季の感じづらい事。。
お花見ってなんだっけ？雪見ってなんだっけ？
多分、桜も楽しめないんだろうな。。
え～。。てでは、もう衣替えしました。。
クローゼットの中身を涼しげなものにしました。。
今のミシシッピィは、もう、春過ぎて夏来にけらしって感じです。。
今まで寒い寒い言ってたけど、結局、一度もコートを着る事無く、
冬を越しました。。
やっぱり、南部はあったかいです。
暖かくなると感じます。
もうすぐ日本に帰るぞ！！
みんな待っててね！
残り２ヶ月ちょっとだけど、もうちょびっと成長して帰ります。。
Japan is a country located in the east of Asia. Some people are misinformed and think that Japan is a part of China. Japan is not a part of China. The land area of Japan is 145,883 square miles. Japan is smaller than the state of Montana but bigger than New Mexico. Japan has 6,852 islands and is surrounded by the sea. About 70 percent of the land is mountainous. There are many forests in Japan. Japan is long and slender from north to south. There is a different climate between the northern and southern parts of Japan.
Okinawa is the southern part of Japan. Some parts of Okinawa are in the tropical zone. They have a warm climate and a warm sea like Hawaii. There is a warm climate the whole year, people can live in just a half-sleeved shirt. They have many tropical trees like palm trees. They have many coral reefs and many tropical fishes in the sea. Before summer, from May to June, they have the rainy season which is called “Tsu-yu.” From summer to fall, they have many typhoons.
Hokkaido is the northern part of Japan. Hokkaido is in the frigid zone. There are very different temperatures in summer and winter. The winter is long and the summer is short. They do not have “Tsu-yu.” In winter they have much snow. They can see the snow during approximately five months out of the year.
Mainland is a long and slender land in the middle part of Japan. Tokyo, which is the capital of Japan, is located in the middle of Mainland. Mainland is in the temperate zone. In summer, it gets warmer and warmer form south to north. Before summer, they have “Tsu-yu” from June to July. In the summer of Japan, it is hot and humid. From summer to fall there are many typhoons. In the winter, it gets cooler and cooler from north to south. In the western part they have much snow. On the opposite side it is cold and dry.
Japan has four distinct seasons. Many Japanese people enjoy the change of the seasons. The summer comes from south to north. The winter comes from north to south. The cherry blossom and plum’s flower are the symbols of spring. They are blooming from south to north. The weather reporter tells where they are blooming now. In summer, a beach is open to swimmers from south to north. In autumn, leaves are being colored from north to south. In winter, the snow is coming from north to south. Japan is a small country but is wide and has many different regions. In different regions, many Japanese people make their lives. Therefore there are many different cultures in Japan from north to south. Japan is a very interesting country which has many changes from north to south.

よく見てたっけ。懐かしいな。。
あの番組に出てくるキャラクターの、下目黒権之助っていう先生が好きだった。
CGのキャラクターなんだけど、登場の仕方とか、
話し方とか、帰り際の仕草がおもしろくて好きだった。。
毎回登場するわけじゃなかったから、
「今日は出てくるかな。。」なんて思って見てた。。
まあ、どうしてこんな話をしてるかというと、

おもしろいカレンダーを見つけた。
地球の生物の歴史を１年間12ヶ月に置き換えたものだ。
地球は現在46億歳と言われている。
46億年を1年に置き換えると、人類は何月何日に生まれるか。。
ふむ。
ピラミッドとか、秦の始皇帝とか、何月位になるのかの。。
ローマ帝国の繁栄とか、何日くらいもつのかな？？
ルネッサンスとか、NASAのアポロ計画とか、結構、後ろの方だったりして。。

11月。14日。無脊椎動物の出現。
21日。顎のない魚、出現。。
12月。3日。両性類出現。
6日。爬虫類出現。。
15日。恐竜出現。
27日。恐竜絶滅。
31日。16:30 ヒト出現。。
大晦日ですか！
しかも、午後４時半。。
ってことは。。
最初のヒトから、原始時代、４大文明、ローマ帝国、織田信長、世界大戦、IT革命まで、
たった、9時間半。。
キリストが生まれてからだと、2時間ほどしかないんじゃないか。。？
人間が90歳まで生きたとしても、一生は、5秒ほどで終わってしまう縮尺だ。。
46億年がどれ位長いか分かった。。
永遠はもっと長い。。
あなたは、5秒の裕福を楽しみますか？
永遠の幸せをとりますか？？
そんな事を今日の英語の授業でやったのだ。。
よく見てたっけ。懐かしいな。。
